So far I have read 1 chapter of my new book club book. It is about a boy called Day who is wanted by the republic for assault, theft and many more things. His mother thinks he is dead and day thinks it is safer for her to think he is dead. A girl called Tess is Days accomplice and keeps an eye out on him. A plague has hit somewhere called the lake sector hard, they are going to peoples doors and if they don't open up within ten seconds the solider kicks the door down. The drill is that the soldiers get a blood sample from each family member then they put it into a handheld reader and check if anyone has the plague, if someone has it they plant a big red X on the front door.

My Prediction is that Luke will feel uncomfortable in his new home I think he will make a plan and maybe roam the city streets, using his ID card and I think he will realise that he is safe now and i think he will also help some shadow children but while helping them he will be put in prison and there he will find Jen alive
